Asset Manager logistics/semi-industrial

For one of our estimated clients, a Real estate developer & asset management company, we are looking for an Asset Manager for logistics/semi-industrial projects (Limburg area !) . You will supervise the portfolio on a commercial, financial, technical & administrative level

Your missions and responsibilities ?

• Supervise lease (re)negociation & financial metrics of the portoflio (cashflow, rentability, occupation rate...)
• Be the contact person for tenants and maintain relationships with brokers
• Collaborate with property coordinators to ensure the good tenue of buildings (administrative & technical overview-
• Maintain client relationships & contact in order to have a better flow of information & overall satisfaction
• Prospect (dis)investment opportunities & assist the investment/transaction Teams to follow-up on deal procedures
• Reporting to the higher management to ensure smooth operations

The perfect profile ?

• Degree in real estate, property management or finance
• +- 5 years in a similar role
• Ideally native speaker in Dutch, and proficiency in fench & english
• Knowledge in logistics/semi industrial buildings & portfolio overview
• Analytical & commercial flair is sought after
