Management Assistant for a Real Estate Developer


We are looking for a motivated and versatile Management Assistant to support a sales team of around 15 people for a Real Estate Developer. This strategic position plays a central role in administrative monitoring, internal coordination and the smooth running of daily operations. The future employee will need to demonstrate rigour, autonomy and a genuine long-term commitment within a constantly developing structure.

Your tasks and responsibilities?


  • Verify the compliance of contracts, documents and administrative data.
  • Implement internal processes in a reliable manner.
  • Provide cross-functional support: communication, event organisation, ad hoc coordination of marketing or recruitment assignments.
  • Accurately monitor ongoing purchase files and ensure smooth coordination between the various parties involved.
  • Assist management in structuring and optimising the performance of the field team.


The ideal profile?


  • Educational background in administrative secretarial work, management assistance or real estate.
  • Fluency in French AND Dutch (knowledge of english is an asset).
  • Attention to detail, methodical approach and autonomy in managing priorities.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience.
