Missions and Responsibilities

• Advise clients on corporate law, mergers, acquisitions, and related transactions
• Draft and review corporate documents such as contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments
• Work closely with senior colleagues and partners on high-profile M&A deals
• Conduct legal research, providing detailed analyses and strategic insights to clients

The Ideal Profile

• 2 to 7 years of experience in Corporate law and M&A (Belgium)
• Master’s degree in Law from a Belgian university
• French or Dutch speaker, with an excellent command of English
