Lead Generation Specialist


We are supporting one of our clients in their search for a talented
Digital Lead Generation & Conversion Specialist
.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Digital Sales environment where you will help accelerate online growth, optimize conversion funnels, and strengthen digital lead generation across multiple channels.

About the Role

In this role, you'll drive the implementation and execution of the digital lead generation strategy for both residential and professional customer segments. You will experiment, analyse, and fine-tune the full digital funnel—from first touchpoint to qualified sales lead—working closely with cross-functional teams such as Digital, Marketing, and Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization

  • Develop and execute the digital lead generation roadmap.
  • Manage lead flows end-to-end: implementation, qualification, follow-up, and optimization.
  • Improve lead-to-sale conversion in collaboration with inbound, outbound, and direct sales teams.
  • Set up lead scoring models, dashboards, and reporting processes.

Experimentation & CRO

  • Run A/B and multivariate tests on journeys, landing pages, and CTAs.
  • Launch and analyse test campaigns aimed at increasing digital lead volume and quality.
  • Assess customer behaviour and identify opportunities to improve funnels and product pages.

Collaboration & Insight Sharing

  • Work closely with Digital and Marketing teams to implement feature improvements based on data insights.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark best practices from digital leaders across sectors (banking, telecom, energy, etc.).

What Success Looks Like

  • Increased volume and quality of digital leads
  • CRO uplift driven by testing and optimisation
  • Higher engagement and reduced bounce/drop-off
  • Strong execution of experimentation roadmap

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong analytical mindset and experience with CRO/analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely…).
  • Hands-on experience with digital lead generation and UX analysis.
  • Understanding of digital advertising channels (Google, Meta, Display…).
  • Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Proactive, structured, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in e-commerce, CRO, digital acquisition or performance analytics (experience in energy/telecom/banking is a plus).
  • Fluent in Dutch or French, with working knowledge of English.
