Machine Learning Engineer – Leuven, Belgium (Hybrid) Ready to build AI that actually ships and see your work used daily? We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer who wants direct impact on real-world production models and the chance to own projects end-to-end. Join a small, autonomous AI team where you’ll turn messy document data into models that improve accuracy, speed, and automation for tens of thousands of invoices and order confirmations every day. What you’ll do: Build and deploy ML models using Python, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers, making your work visible and valuable immediately . Transform noisy, real-world data into accurate and robust models that directly influence product performance. Collaborate with engineers and product teams to integrate AI smoothly into production , ensuring your models drive measurable results. Take full ownership of problems from idea to production, shaping architecture, tooling, and best practices , and growing your technical influence. What you bring: Strong Python and ML framework experience. Proven ability to deploy models in production. Curiosity, a builder mindset, and autonomy.
