We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a complex and high-impact transformation within the Royal Belgian Football Association (RBFA). You will play a pivotal role in helping shape the digital future of football in Belgium, collaborating across departments and supporting innovative tech implementations.

Your Mission:

You’ll work closely with stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure that business processes and user needs are accurately captured, validated, and translated into actionable deliverables.

1. User Story Validation & Requirements Analysis

• Refine and validate detailed user stories aligned with business and fan engagement goals.
• Ensure requirements are complete, testable, and understood by development and QA teams.
• Translate stakeholder needs into actionable, well-documented insights.

2. Process Validation & Continuous Improvement

• Analyze current RBFA business processes and identify inefficiencies.
• Propose and support continuous improvement strategies across departments.
• Leverage data to recommend smarter workflows that serve both internal stakeholders and the fan base.

3. Supporting Implementation & Testing

• Validate third-party (e.g., Orion) solutions against defined requirements.
• Collaborate with QA and end-users to ensure robust UAT and successful rollout.
• Proactively flag functionality gaps and propose targeted improvements.

Who You Are:

• A “football fanatic” who lives and breathes the game, ideally with knowledge of UEFA structures, local leagues, and fan engagement strategies.
• A Sr. Business Analyst with at least 7 years of experience, including in complex IT/digital environments.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a strong plus.
• Experienced in Agile delivery, requirements engineering, process modeling, and stakeholder management.
• Able to balance structured analysis with real-world practicality.
