Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for strategically leading and executing end-to-end recruitment initiatives across the company’s various business units. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to identify hiring needs, develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Additionally, you will play a key role in promoting the company’s employer brand.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategy to attract top talent in alignment with organizational goals
- Monitor recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring practices and recommend improvements
- Lead a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition Specialists with a success-driven mindset
- Ensure an appropriate employer branding. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of qualified candidates for both immediate and upcoming vacancies
- Establish partnerships with universities, colleges, and attend recruitment events to identify emerging talent
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance talent acquisition processes.
What we are looking for
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced, multi-sector organization
- Proven experience in the consulting sector
- Entrepreneurial mindset with sharp business acumen and a drive to build a successful division
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Dutch or French, bilingual English
- Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment
- Experience with the use of a TMS/CRM is a strong asset (preferably Salesforce)
