SAP Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior/Medior ICT Project Manager (minimum 5 years of experience) to support ICT projects within a logistics-oriented environment and to coordinate activities related to Logistics, Procurement, and Maintenance functional processes.

The role focuses primarily on project follow-up and coordination . Experience in organizing and facilitating workshops and project meetings is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on multiple ICT projects within or linked to SAP
• Coordinate and direct team members in both project and support activities
• Create and maintain project plans
• Prepare and facilitate workshops
• Analyze gaps and propose solutions
• Present preferred solutions to user groups
• Build Proofs of Concept (POCs) when required
• Assess the impact on current business operations
• Monitor business issues and ongoing developments
• Coordinate testing activities:
• Unit and component testing
• System testing
• Integration testing
• Support during user acceptance testing
• Coordinate documentation setup
• Coordinate key-user training
• Coordinate support and issue resolution during testing and go-live phases

Experience & Expertise

• Proven experience as an ICT Project Manager
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience (Senior/Medior level)
• Strong knowledge of SAP processes and SAP integration
• Experience with logistics processes
• Knowledge of S/4HANA is an asset
• Project management certifications or methodologies (PRINCE2, PMBOK, etc.) are a plus
