Construction Safety Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Safety Manager to support our plant operations in Mechelen, Belgium. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily safety management of plant contractors and play a key part in enhancing the construction safety culture in alignment with local laws and internal site procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily safety management for all plant construction activities.
2. Review and Validate method statements
3. Attend and contribute to daily DDS (Daily direction setting) meetings.
4. Provide observations and input during BOS (Behavioural Observation System) tours.
5. Lead and execute BOS Tours
6. Support day to day construction management efforts.
7. Drive improvements in construction safety systems and practices.
