Construction Safety Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Safety Manager to support our plant operations in Mechelen, Belgium. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily safety management of plant contractors and play a key part in enhancing the construction safety culture in alignment with local laws and internal site procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily safety management for all plant construction activities.
• Review and Validate method statements
• Attend and contribute to daily DDS (Daily direction setting) meetings.
• Provide observations and input during BOS (Behavioural Observation System) tours.
• Lead and execute BOS Tours
• Support day to day construction management efforts.
• Drive improvements in construction safety systems and practices.

An experienced safety professional with a background in construction or industrial plant operations. You should be proactive, detail oriented and committed to upholding the highest safety standards.
