Site Acquisition Specialist

Site Acquisition officer - Belgium

Responsible for handling all financial / legal / fiscal / administrative / commercial aspects of the acquisition of sites to build mobile antenna sites.

Required Responsibilities:

- This position interfaces mainly externally with both public authorities as private persons and internally with site lease officers and internal departments like Engineering, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, Strategy, ...

- Understand mobile network deployment activities (more specifically on the site building and site property aspects)

- Understand and interpret site renting agreements with immo owners

- Handle the commercial negotiations with property owners

- Handle all regulatory and permit issues with architects and public authorities

- Coordinate and follow up on action points

- Work with financials and forecasting reportings and budgets

Degree & Experience:

- Experience working with telecom operators

Technical skills:

- Computer literate: good Microsoft Office skills, capacity to learn internal applications/tools

Attitudes/Behavior:

- Ability to understand the nitty gritty details, synthesize them and present to middle/high management

- Ability to work independently, in a team environment, and to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Languages: NL/EN or FR/EN. Must be able to work on site in Belgium
