What You’ll Do
Lead & Win Transformation Programs
- Own and drive end-to-end ERP transformation initiatives, from early presales engagement through successful delivery
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, shaping ERP strategies aligned to business goals
Own the Commercial Conversation
- Lead high-value presales activities, including discovery workshops, solution design, demos, and RFI/RFP/RFO responses
- Build compelling business cases and value propositions that win complex ERP deals
- Play a hands-on role in closing large implementation programs, focused on long-term value rather than resource augmentation
Influence at the Highest Level
- Engage confidently with C-suite and senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and managing expectations
- Translate business challenges into clear ERP transformation roadmaps
Build, Innovate & Differentiate
- Create and evolve new offerings, accelerators, and go-to-market strategies
- Help differentiate ERP services in a competitive consulting landscape
Govern Delivery with Confidence
- Provide executive oversight across multi-stream ERP programs, ensuring quality, momentum, and risk control
- Partner closely with delivery leaders to ensure a seamless transition from deal to execution
What You Bring
- 15+ years of ERP experience, ideally SAP, with strong exposure to other Tier-1 platforms
- Proven success delivering large-scale, full-cycle ERP transformations in complex environments
- Strong presales and commercial leadership background with a track record of winning major deals
- Experience in a Big 4 or large consulting environment, comfortable with global delivery models
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills
- A business-first mindset, you understand ERP value drivers and transformation impact; deep technical expertise is a plus, not the focus
- An entrepreneurial, builder mentality with the confidence to shape new ideas and take them to market
