Commercial Project Coordinator


As Commercial Project Coordinator, you will support the Key Account Director in managing and executing strategic projects that are related to our crucial partnerships in the on-the-go channels. These partnerships include Q8 & Lukoil in the petrol channel, SSP in the rail channel & aéroport de Charleroi and Avolta at Brussels airport. The projects in scope are critical to our Business Unit Strategy House initiatives and play an essential role in dériving growth and innovation in the coming years.
Function
You assist the Key Account Director in planning, coordinating and implementing key account projects across priority partnerships.
You act as a liaison between internal teams and key accounts to ensure smooth project execution.
You monitor project timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables to ensure objectives are met.
You analyse sales data and provide insights to boost performance in key channels.
You support the rollout of new concepts and campaigns in collaboration with marketing and operations teams.
You prepare presentations, reports, and updates for internal stakeholders and key account partners.
At last you will dedicate at least 50% of your time to generating new and incremental Panos Delivery @ Work sales by identifying prospects, developing leads, and onboarding new partner companies.
Your Profile
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
You have strong organizational and communication skills.
You are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
You have an analytical mindset with a focus on results and have strong frontline commercial skills.
You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
