What you’ll do

• Gather business requirements and turn them into technical data products that support KPIs and decision-making.
• Design and maintain analytical data models (dimensional models, data marts, star/snowflake schemas) reflecting business logic.
• Build, optimize, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud data platforms.
• Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent, enabling business users to explore metrics and trends.
• Ensure data models and pipelines comply with data governance, quality, documentation, and lineage.
• Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex data concepts into clear insights.

What we’re looking for

• Strong SQL skills and experience building robust pipelines and data models.
• Solid background in data modeling and dimensional design (fact/dimension tables, Star Schemas).
• Working knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Experience with BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms, warehouses, and lakehouses.
• Strong business understanding and ability to translate needs into actionable data products.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch/French and English.
