Job Description

• As an ICT analyst license & contract management, you will be part of the License & Contract Management team, which is located in the ICT CIO Office department.
• Demonstrable experience as a business analyst in a similar environment - 5 Years - Senior - Must have
• Demonstrable experience with license management (from Microsoft, SAP, VMWare, Oracle, among others) - Must have
• Proven experience with Software Asset Management - 5 Years - Senior - Must have
• Demonstrable experience with stakeholder management - Must have
• Relevant demonstrable experience with the public procurement process/public procurement legislation - 5 Years - Senior - Must have
• Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2 - Must have
• demonstrable experience in writing and supervising ICT specifications - 3 Years - Medior - Should have
• The candidate can provide relevant training/certificates for performing this function - Should have
