To strengthen our Procurement team based in Corbais, Belgium, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of End-to-End Procurement Process Specialist.
About the role
As a End-to-End Procurement Process Specialist, you will support all stakeholders in our digitalization journey and commit to the continuous improvement of our procurement process and activities.
Your role and responsibilities :
Drive process efficiency together with the Global Process Owner (GPO)
Support the design, implementation, documentation, training management of Lhoist end-to-end Procurement processes, systems, and tools (i.e. S/4H MM/PM/VIM/BW/etc, Coupa, Concur)
Support GPO in identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities, innovation and transformation
Central point of contract for Master Data activities, including Suppliers Onboarding and Catalogue enablement
> Drive Source-to-Pay (S2P) process efficiency:
Develop and maintain detailed process models and vocabulary;
Ensure central storage and availability of all processes and user support documentation;
Manage the support platforms (ticket management);
Formalize and communicate defined processes to ensure adoption;
Ensure applicability and compliance of the standard processes defined;
Perform analysis and make evidence-based recommendation.
> Supplier Onboarding:
Guide new suppliers during onboarding process through the Lhoist Supplier Management Portal
Maintain Supplier master data management, including supplier's documents (certificates, bank information, etc.)
> Catalog & Integration Enablement:
Act as the primary contact person for catalog enablement: Coordinate with suppliers to collect required information, ensure catalogs are setup in accordance with negotiated agreements
Propose improvements to the catalog management processes and ensure standard processes are followed
> Support tools implementation and continuous improvement:
Perform and/or support project management activities – planning definition and follow up, risk identification & mitigation, …
Perform required systems-related activity such as, but not limited to, data collection, drive user acceptance testing, etc.
Monitor and communicate changes to business processes

Bachelor's Degree 'Data or Computer Science/Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Int. Business, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Business)
5 to 7 years of related experience in data management
3 to 5 years of prior experience in data control, audit or purchasing
Firm understanding of Third Party contractual relationships
Good IT experience, including excellent spreadsheet shills ans SAP knowledge
Fluent in French & English, proficient in another European language is a plus
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
