Your mission: to transform objectives into concrete results, manage committed teams and guarantee fluid, safe and efficient operations on the Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Environment People axes. In close collaboration with the support functions, you will ensure exemplary storage and shipping flows, at the best cost, in compliance with standards, food safety and impeccable customer service. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 bOperational management performance /b ul liBreak down strategic objectives into action plans and manage KPIs (safety, quality, costs, productivity, stock accuracy, Repack). /li liPlan the activity in the short, medium and long term with the Operations Managers. /li liOptimize resource allocation and coordinate teams on a daily basis. /li liSupervise activity reports, procedures and operational standards. /li liDefine the maintenance plan with the Maintenance Manager and propose organizational improvements and tools. /li /ul bFinancial management continuous improvement /b ul liDevelop and monitor the budget and the Total Production Cost with management control. /li liOptimize the use of resources and equipment. /li liDeploy continuous improvement approaches and propose optimizations/automations (Capex, IT). /li liTrack production and repack costs by Business Unit. /li /ul bStocks Traceability /b ul liGuarantee inbound and outbound traceability. /li liMaximize inventory rotation (blocked, dormant, aging) and manage the associated actions. /li /ul bManagement leadership /b ul liManager, coach and develop teams. /li liDefine objectives, ensure communication and manage training plans with HR. /li liRecruiting, onboarding, and evaluating employees. /li liManage absences, absenteeism and disciplinary situations with the HR department. /li /ul bIndustrial relations, safety change /b ul liMaintain a constructive dialogue with the social partners. /li liBe a positive agent of change. /li liGuarantee the safety of people and operations (prevention, risk analyses, training, BOS). /li /ul h3Profile /h3 pFor this role, you are open to travel to our two sites (Leuze-en-Hainaut Sint-Eloois-Vijve). /p h3Education Experience /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in administration, logistics or technical field. /li liMinimum 5 to 10 years of experience in warehouse management or complex logistics environment. /li liExperience in automated warehouse highly appreciated; knowledge of Cold Store is a plus. /li liExperience in the food industry is not essential. /li /ul h3Skills Tools /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of logistics processes and incoming/outgoing flows. /li liGood knowledge of ERPs, ideally SAP and EWMS. /li liFamiliarity with transport and export procedures. /li liAbility to identify and implement performance improvements (costs, investments, efficiency). /li /ul h3Leadership posture /h3 ul liField manager, close to the teams and present on operations. /li liComfortable managing 150 to 200 employees. /li liLeadership based on trust, expertise and structured control. /li liExcellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. /li liStress-resistant and solution-oriented. /li /ul h3Offer /h3 pWhy Join Us?
