Business Development Manager DACH

Are you at the beginning of your career or looking for your next exciting challenge in an international setting? M+A Matting is looking for a young, humble, honest, and smart team player to join our commercial sales team and support the growth of our German-speaking markets. You don’t need years of experience—we’re looking for the right mindset, motivation, and a willingness to learn and grow .

To be eligible for this role, you must live within commuting distance of our office and production site in Ronse and be fluent in both Dutch and German .

Your Role

• Support sales growth and strengthen our presence across the DACH region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors in various sectors: office, cleaning, residential, industrial, and online retail
• Act as a day-to-day contact for partners and accounts
• Help identify opportunities, bring ideas to the table, and support marketing and product development
• Contribute to the success of new product launches, events, and promotional campaigns
• Collaborate closely with sales, customer service, marketing, and product teams
• Learn how to think commercially and strategically in an international B2B context

What We’re Looking For

• You are based in Belgium and live within commuting distance of Ronse
• You speak and write Dutch and German fluently
• You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent mindset/aptitude
• You are curious, proactive, responsible , and a team player
• You’re excited to learn and develop in a commercial role
• You are honest, humble, and eager to grow
• You’re open to regular travel in the DACH region (with support)
• Interest in sales, marketing, or international business is a plus
