Maintenance Manager

We are recruiting for our partner, an international player specialized in specialty chemicals and sustainable recycling, a motivated
Maintenance Manager
to join their team in the Antwerp region.

Your responsibilities

As Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the reliability and continuity of the installations. Your main tasks will include:

• Organizing and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance
• Leading, coaching and supporting a team of experienced technicians
• Analyzing breakdowns and implementing technical improvements
• Managing communication with suppliers and internal departments
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and health regulations

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics
  or equivalent through experience
• At least 3 years
  of experience in a technical management role
• Strong knowledge of electricity and proven leadership skills
• VOL VCA and BA5 certification
• Strong communicator, team player and analytical thinker
• Experience with Rimses is an asset
