The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the implementation of the S2P platform,
- Set project timeline& Monitor project deliverables
- Manage project risks (security, resources, quality), escalating any issue(s) to Project Lead and proposing solution(s) when appropriate.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure integration of the S2P solution with ERP system and other related applications.
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Ensure smooth user adoption and transition to the new system.
Qualifications
- Proven experience coordinating the implementation of a Source-to-Pay solution
- 5+ years of project management experience in procurement or finance transformation projects.
- Familiarity with ERP integrations (e.g., SAP, Workday…).
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills (Fluency in English)
