Supply Chain Manager

Our client is an international industrial player operating in the manufacturing and distribution of technical solutions across European markets.
In a context of organizational evolution and operational performance reinforcement, the company is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead a strategic site based in Flanders, combining production and distribution activities.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all Supply Chain & Logistics activities (procurement coordination, planning, inventory, distribution).
Manage the on-site logistics team and coordinate outsourced transport activities.
Ensure smooth inbound and outbound material flows aligned with production and customer requirements.
Drive the S&OP process and align workload and capacity with manufacturing operations.
Monitor and optimize inventory levels and warehouse performance using ERP and WMS systems.
Define and track KPIs and dashboards, participating in business performance reviews.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the structuring of processes and organization.
Profile Required
Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain within an industrial environment.
Proven experience in operational team management.
Strong leadership and assertiveness, with the ability to stabilize and structure an evolving organization.
Dutch is mandatory; professional English and French is required
