Warehouse Operations Manager

Our client is an international player operating in a high-intensity logistics environment with fast inventory turnover.
As part of its organizational strengthening, the company is looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead a strategic site.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations within a multi-shift environment handling high volumes.
Manage large operational teams, including permanent staff and temporary workforce.
Plan and optimize staffing (absences, training, certifications).
Ensure compliance with client requirements and manage urgent operational requests.
Monitor and improve key performance indicators (productivity, quality, profitability).
Review and optimize processes while supporting the onboarding of new clients.
Profile Required
Proven experience in managing warehouse operations in a high-volume environment.
Strong hands-on leadership with the ability to structure and stabilize operations.
Performance-driven mindset with a strong focus on service quality.
Ability to manage complex flows and operational pressure.
Fluent in French and English; professional working level in Dutch.
