Project Manager / PMO – Asset Management Operations To strengthen Meritis' Finance Competence Center, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager / PMO to support front-to-back operational change initiatives. You will contribute to the framing, structuring, and delivery of transformation projects impacting Front, Middle, and Back Office activities (including NAV, reporting, and operational processes), ensuring a smooth rollout and transition to BAU. Key Responsibilities Structure and manage projects end-to-end: planning, governance, execution, and closure. Coordinate stakeholders across Front, Middle, and Back Office. Contribute to target operating model definition and impact analysis. Identify constraints, risks, and dependencies with operational teams. Prepare and oversee change rollout, ensuring controlled handover to BAU. Monitor progress and provide clear reporting. Profile Minimum 6 years' experience within Asset Management, preferably in a PM / PMO role. Strong expertise in Back Office operations (Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, etc.). Proven experience managing complex operational change. Fluent in English and French. Practical Information Location: Brussels. Permanent position only (no freelancers).
