🤠 What you'll be doing

• Build the best digital products for the end users with your agile team
• Define and communicate the vision for your project
• Write user stories
• Create, organize and prioritize your backlog items in synchronization with the different business and technical stakeholders
• Align with the other POs to coordinate dependencies
• Make the link between the stakeholders and your team
• Participate to every Agile Ceremonies (Stand-ups, Refinements, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospective, …)
• Monitor the velocity of the team together with the Scrum Master and make sure to maximize the value produced by your team

🤓 Skills & qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as Product Owner or Analyst
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to quickly absorb and understand business processes
• Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to business problems
• Ability to take ownership of your projects
• Flexibility towards new situations and challenges
• Native FR or NL + fluent in EN
• A passion for digital solutions
• A team-player attitude
• A good sense of humour
