We are currently seeking a hands-on Account Manager to join Marks for a key account for the agency; the client is in the food industry (mainly confectionery), with a global footprint. The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of branding and design solutions. This role bridges the gap between clients and the agency's creative teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative, fastpaced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key requirements:
- Previous experience in a Brand or Design/Packaging agency ( at least 2-3 years) in a Client service role
- A degree or equivalent, in Marketing, Advertising, Design or related field
- Able to think both in terms of brand design (design pack), brand activation (promotions/POS/animations) or even brand strategy if required.
- Ability to do project management and juggle many jobs at the same time.
- Ability to build customer relations to establish contacts and gain the trust of contacts within the client's marketing and sales teams.
- Autonomous, self-driven and able to have a proactive approach to business development with an eye/ear for opportunities to develop.
- Being fluent in English and French is imperative. Ideally Dutch/Flemish would be a plus
