Sales Director (Salesforce) – Consulting &##128205; Dutch and/or French + English | &##128188; Solid Salary + Benefits - with fast track to Partner Are you a Salesforce expert with the perfect balance of commercial drive and delivery expertise? My client is hiring a Senior Manager to play a pivotal role in hunting and closing Salesforce projects , while also leading and mentoring delivery teams to ensure exceptional results. Your Role: 70% Sales | 30% Delivery As a Senior Manager , you’ll be responsible for: Identifying and securing new Salesforce projects with both new and existing clients. Positioning and selling value-driven Salesforce solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Coaching and mentoring consultants , helping them grow technically and professionally. Overseeing delivery of high-impact Salesforce CRM implementations as a key leader on projects. Minimum 7 years of Salesforce CRM experience within a consulting environment. Strong background in sales and business development for Salesforce services. Ability to lead and inspire delivery teams and maintain high standards of execution. Fluency in Dutch and/or French , plus professional English . Based in Belgium with the flexibility to work hybrid (client site + remote). A leadership position in a fast-growing, forward-thinking consultancy .
