To fulfill our mission and support our expansion, we are looking for a Private Label Officer (M/F/X).
Role & ResponsibilitiesAs the right hand of the Private Label Manager, you actively contribute to the creation, development, and operational follow-up of private label products. You act as a key link between suppliers and internal teams, ensuring smooth processes and product compliance.
Main Duties : Support to the Private Label ManagerCollect, prepare, and analyze commercial data (sales, margins, stock rotation, market share).
Prepare supplier files for negotiations.
Draft and follow up on supplier contracts.
Ensure data entry and monitoring of the Private Label product database.
Act as the main contact for any questions related to products, contracts, or internal processes.
Maintain proactive and regular follow-up with suppliers to ensure effective communication.
Verify pack compliance (legal mentions, ingredients, allergens, claims, weight, storage, etc.) in coordination with quality and legal teams.
Review and edit content to ensure consistency, correct spelling, and an appropriate editorial tone.
Ensure compliance with the company's visual identity guidelines (logos, colors, visual hierarchy, etc.).
Ensure that production deadlines are met.
Anticipate timelines for artwork approval and product launches.
Act as the central point of contact for all questions related to private label products, including quality, logistics, marketing, and sales.
Collaborate with internal departments to quickly resolve any issues or bottlenecks
Good command of Excel and data analysis tools (knowledge of BI tools is a plus).
Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex data.
Good understanding of product development and production processes.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in task execution.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with various stakeholders (Category Managers, suppliers, internal teams).
Proactive mindset and strong team spirit.
Fluent in French and English required; Italian or Spanish is considered an asset
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
