Medical Science Liaison BeLux

We’re seeking a dynamic and scientifically driven Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join a pharmaceutical company and serve as a key bridge between our medical innovations and the healthcare community. In this field-based role, you will engage with healthcare professionals, share cutting-edge scientific information, and contribute to the advancement of clinical understanding within your therapeutic area.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with medical experts and thought leaders across Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Facilitate in-depth, evidence-based scientific discussions on both approved therapies and those in development.
• Serve as a go-to resource for field-based medical support, including complex inquiries and off-label discussions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues in sales, marketing, regulatory, and clinical development.
• Support the delivery of educational initiatives, including advisory boards, speaker programs, and training sessions.
• Monitor and communicate insights from the field that inform strategy and innovation.
• Assist in developing scientific materials and contributing to broader medical projects.

Your Background

• Advanced scientific degree (Master’s minimum; PhD preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with prior MSL experience.
• Therapeutic knowledge in women’s health, gynaecology, or reproductive medicine
• Strong organizational ability and comfort managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Multilingual fluency: Dutch, French, and English required.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the BeLux region.
• This role is field based although travel to the office in Brussels will be required
