About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director – Benelux to lead and expand our commercial operations across the region. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, and strengthening our presence within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology markets.
The ideal candidate will bring strong industry expertise, a proven leadership track record, and the ability to execute strategic sales initiatives in highly regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the regional sales strategy aligned with global objectives
Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team across Benelux
Drive revenue growth and achieve annual sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and distribution partners
Identify new market opportunities and expand market share
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales (required)
Proven experience in a senior sales leadership or Sales Director role
Demonstrated success managing and developing sales teams
Fluent in English (Dutch and/or French highly preferred)
