Sales Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director – Benelux to lead and expand our commercial operations across the region. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, and strengthening our presence within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology markets.

The ideal candidate will bring strong industry expertise, a proven leadership track record, and the ability to execute strategic sales initiatives in highly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy aligned with global objectives
  • Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team across Benelux
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and distribution partners
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand market share

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales (required)
  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership or Sales Director role
  • Demonstrated success managing and developing sales teams
  • Fluent in English (Dutch and/or French highly preferred)
