The company operates in a highly regulated environment and places strong emphasis on compliance, governance, and customer protection.German Speaking Compliance ConsultantFunctieomschrijving- Apply and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls- Perform AML, KYC, and customer due diligence reviews- Monitor regulatory developments and support implementation actions- Review transactions and customer files for compliance risks- Identify, document, and escalate potential compliance issues- Support internal audits, controls, and regulatory reviews- Prepare compliance reports and documentation- Collaborate with risk, legal, and operational teamsProfiel- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or related field- 3 years of experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory roles- Solid knowledge of AML, KYC, and financial regulations- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- High level of integrity and attention to detail- Clear communication skills in a professional environment- Ability to work autonomously while supporting team objectivesAanbod- Role offering responsibility and professional growth- Exposure to complex regulatory topics within financial services- Competitive salary package with additional benefits- Flexible working arrangements- Structured onboarding and continuous training- Long-term career development opportunities
