Job Description
As a Freelance Head of Customer Service your responsibilities are:
- Lead and manage the customer service team to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery coordination .
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Freelance Head of Customer Service should have:
- Proven experience in Customer Service Management
- Strong people management skills (international team management)
- Experience in export environments with complex customs regulations
- English mandatory (international / English‑speaking team) - Spanish is a plus
- Structured, diplomatic profile able to manage sensitive situations
