Sales Area Manager for the North Part of Belgium


Are you a salesperson with a proven history of success? Do you bring a structured and ethical approach and the ability to spot market opportunities and skills to convent these to sales?

Are you able to close complex negotiations with a high level of engagement and commercial flair? Do you enjoy a challenge? If this is you, why not consider working for Microport CRM as a Sales Manager in our CRM Team, reporting directly to the BeNe Country Manager.

We are currently looking for a sales professional dedicated the Dutch speaking region in Belgium to promote and sell our advanced and innovative products to hospitals and healthcare professionals.


Your responsibilities

Present and sell products and services to current and potential clients

Achieve agreed -on targets, focus on sales growth and implement marketing strategies

Manage customer relations at all levels

Identify, actively participate in preparation, and monitor the outcome of tender offers

Manage communication with all stakeholders

Carries out all administrative duties and all necessary reports in a timeline


Must- haves

University degree (nice to have- bachelor degree = must have)

Minimum 5 years of sales experience

Team player, adaptive, independent, creative problem solver, reliable, well organised

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain strong business relationships

Sales abilities/ drive for results

Customer focus

Ability to work collaboratively and independently

Fluent in Dutch


Nice to have

Degree in medicine, pharmacy, biology, medical engineering, nursing or related disciplines

Good understanding of healthcare structure, patient routes and referral pathways

Previous experience in the surgical environment

Excellent track record from previous positions and knowledge about sales processes and communication with doctors
