Senior Quality Assurance Officer

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Officer which ensures compliant product release by reviewing, verifying, and evaluating production and quality control data in line with GMP standards. This role bridges manufacturing, quality, and regulatory functions, maintaining product quality and patient safety while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

You will work as a MindCapture consultant for an international market leader in the healthcare industry.

Job Description:

• Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations, fostering long-term, trust-based partnerships.
• Represent the company externally, ensuring professional communication and alignment on quality-related matters.
• Manage and participate in quality review meetings, addressing deviations, process issues, and KPIs.
• Handle and document customer complaints and contribute to product registration activities.
• Oversee product release decisions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
• Review and support batch documentation, change controls, deviations, OOS/CARI reports, and related analyses.
• Coordinate and document process qualification activities, including drafting and reviewing validation protocols and reports.
• Contribute to the preparation and review of quality documentation, such as supplier/material qualifications, CPV protocols, and annual product reviews.
• Promote quality awareness across departments, ensuring that compliance and patient safety remain top priorities.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a scientific discipline (pharmacy, chemistry, bio-engineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent).
• +10 years of experience in a Quality role within the pharmaceutical or related industry.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a helicopter view of business processes.
• Experienced in project and document management, with attention to detail and structure.
• Proficient in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Skilled in MS Office; knowledge of SAP and SharePoint is an asset.
• Able to handle deadlines, manage pressure, and prioritize effectively.
