We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to support Realization, Maintenance and Operation, coordinating maintenance and operations while leading a small technical team. You will work as a MindCapture consultant for an international market leader in the healthcare industry. Job Description Create maintenance plans for existing and new research installations Ensure maintenance and operational traceability Plan, coordinate maintenance activities and day to day operation of installations Coordinate works and lead a small technical team Analyse failures, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions Develop new methods and protocols Facilitate collaboration across departments, institutes, industrial partners Support R&D teams by ensuring equipment availability and knowledge sharing Support or perform safety related audits and inspections Recommend upgrades or replacements to improve efficiency and reliability Requirements Master degree in engineering sciences Proven leadership and coordination skills Strong problem solving mindset, able to think beyond standard approaches High sense of responsibility, proactive ownership Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills Fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written Knowledge of piping, tubing, ANSI standards, PED directive is a plus Experience with ULTIMO software is a plus Are you ready to make a real difference in healthcare?
