RPA & Power Platform Consultant – AI Financial Transformation Programme

Long-term freelance/contract role | Hybrid (2 days/week on-site)

Site location: Wallonia region, approx. 20km from Brussels

Start date: June 1st | Initial 6-month contract, with 12 month extensions to follow

We’re supporting a major financial services organisation on a flagship 5-year transformation initiative focused on AI, automation, and next-gen technologies across the finance domain. The organisation has kicked off multiple interlinked projects within its AI Financial Department, aiming to streamline processes, reduce manual workloads, and implement scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, SAP, and GenAI tools.

As part of the first mission in this multi-project roadmap, we are looking for a skilled Automation Consultant with hands-on experience in RPA, process migration, and enterprise systems integration.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
• Migrate legacy UiPath processes into the Power Platform ecosystem
• Develop API-based integrations across systems including SAP S/4 Hana and SAP BO
• Support the roll-out of chatbots, GenAI applications, and Microsoft CoPilot features
• Engage with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and deliver scalable automation solutions
• Contribute to broader DevOps efforts using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Python

✅ Required Experience:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate
• Hands-on UiPath development and/or migration experience
• Familiarity with SAP landscapes – S/4 Hana and SAP BO
• Experience working with APIs, automation scripting, and chatbots
• Exposure to GenAI, Joule, or Microsoft CoPilot is a strong plus
• Comfortable working in Agile or iterative delivery environments

💬 Language Requirements:

• English – Mandatory
• Dutch or French – Strongly Preferred

🎯 Ideal Candidate:

• Based in Belgium and available to attend on-site meetings twice a week in the Wallonia region (approx. 20km from Brussels)
• Able to hit the ground running in complex IT landscapes and collaborate across multiple active projects
