A global consultancy working with a renowned healthcare company are seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator to manage and optimize their IT infrastructure, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and network infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and apply necessary patches and updates.
• Design infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals.
• Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans, test regularly.
• Automate routine tasks and implement proactive monitoring solutions.
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Optimize systems for performance and plan for future capacity needs.
• Lead incident response efforts and perform root cause analysis.

Required Qualifications

• Certification and experience in VMware.
• Proven experience in a data centers.
• Solid networking knowledge (VLANs, VPN etc.).
• Strong Microsoft Windows and Linux administration skills
• B2 language Level in French and English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Veeam Certified Engineer
• Worked with NetApp and Dell storage technologies.
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities.
