• Implement major changes and projects within current and future SAP MDG solutions
• Advise the business on SAP MDG best practices and SAP solutions
• Prepare conceptual proposals for projects aimed at improving and modernising the existing solution
• Organise and lead Blueprint workshops
• Perform critical analysis of change requests
• Write detailed technical specifications
• Manage small projects in terms of planning and resources
• Act as the main technical point of contact for ABAP developers
• Write technical specs and perform debugging where required
• Execute functional unit tests for enhancements
• Prepare go-live and support transition to production
• Provide hypercare support after go-live
• Deliver daily functional support for the MDG solution
• Handle tickets from key users
• Resolve bugs and debug system issues
• Clean up the existing ECC solution and contribute to the development of the new S/4HANA solution

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 4 years proven experience in SAP MDG / Master Data development and architecture
At least 3 full lifecycle SAP MDG implementations
Strong knowledge of:

• SAP MDG
• SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC
• UI5
• BRF+ rules
• Floorplan Manager (FPM)

Proven experience with:

• Mass Change processes in SAP MDG S/4HANA
• RACI concept setup (minimum 1 project)
• ABAP knowledge: able to write technical specs, develop, test, and debug
• Willingness to work 3 days per week on-site
• Trilingual: Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written)
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders
