What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyze and interpret customer conversations (from chat, voice, and other channels) using both visual and code-based workflows in Dataiku.
- Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) from leading providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral) to extract topics, sentiment, and behavioral signals.
- Work hand-in-hand with business units—customer service, operations, and marketing—to generate actionable insights.
- Identify areas of customer dissatisfaction and provide data-driven recommendations to help teams improve experiences.
- Build user-friendly tools and dashboards within Dataiku that enable business users to explore data independently.
- Promote responsible AI practices by ensuring compliance with privacy and ethical standards.
- Contribute to a broader Data Science community of practice and share expertise with peers.
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience with Dataiku, including model building, workflow automation, and web application development.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, NLP, and working with unstructured conversational data.
- Solid programming skills in Python and SQL, and familiarity with modern ML libraries.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you’re comfortable translating technical insights into business value.
- Experience in Agile environments and working with non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics).
- 2+ years working with Dataiku (ideally you’re a certified Dataiku Developer).
- Fluency in English and either Dutch or French.
