Middleware Specialist

We're looking for a hands-on Middleware Specialist to keep our client's integration systems running smoothly.

You'll monitor live environments, manage incidents, support deployments, and help optimize critical infrastructure for performance and reliability.

You Will Do

• Monitor system health and resolve incidents.
• Support deployments and infrastructure changes.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure stability.
• Improve documentation and automation.
• Participate in extended hours and on-call support.

Your Will Bring

• Experience or interest in IT operations and middleware tools (IBM ACE, MQ, Kafka, ELK, Azure, Docker, etc.).
• Basic scripting (Bash), integration know-how (ESB, APIs, messaging).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch or French, with solid English.

Nice to have: SQL, Java, XML.
