Information Technology Operations Engineer

We are looking for an IT Operations Engineer.

What You Will Do?

• Provide L2 production and non-production application support in a critical environment
• Coordinate and execute production deployments (runbooks, follow-ups, monitoring)
• Maintain operational documentation and ensure high-quality handovers to operations
• Monitor application and infrastructure environments (Linux/Windows/Cloud/Mainframe)
• Collaborate with development and release teams in an Agile setup
• Participate in on-call rotations (24/7, including weekends)
• Contribute to service continuity and business recovery planning
• Continuously improve incident/problem management processes

What You Bring?

• 6+ years of experience in IT operations or production support
• Solid skills in Linux/Unix, Windows, and control-M job scheduling
• Strong command of TIBCO BW, WebSphere, MQ, Oracle, and shell scripting
• Knowledge of networking components and protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, TLS)
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure (IBM Cloud preferred)
• Exposure to Agile ways of working and ITIL frameworks
• Excellent analytical thinking, proactivity, and cross-cultural team collaboration
• Fluency in English; French or Dutch is a strong plus
• Willingness to work take part in on-call duties
