Business Analyst

Our client is undergoing a major digital transformation.

As a Senior Analyst, you'll work at the crossroads of business strategy and IT delivery, enabling impactful solutions for complex challenges.

What you will do:

• Act as the strategic interface between business, IT, and stakeholders
• Lead business requirements gathering and ensure stakeholder alignment
• Translate user needs into detailed functional specifications for digital solutions
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, refinement sessions, and workshops
• Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure feasible, user-centric IT outcomes
• Analyse the impact of business changes on front- and back-end systems
• Contribute to continuous process improvements and roadmap prioritization
• Ensure quality, risk, and issue management are actively monitored

What you bring:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital business analysis or transformation roles
• Strong project and stakeholder management experience in an Agile-Scrum setting
• Experience with digital platforms in a consulting or client-facing environment
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (mandatory)
• Analytical mindset with solid communication and facilitation skills
• Proven ability to bridge business and IT with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
• Familiarity with BPMN and workflow/process modelling
• Prior experience in the financial sector is a plus
• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience
