What you will do

• Analyse business needs, market trends, and competitive developments in payments & cards
• Translate requirements into clear business specifications and acceptance criteria
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams
• Define business scope, target operating models, and system interfaces
• Evaluate and follow up on change requests and new initiatives
• Drive Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and ensure quality delivery
• Advise stakeholders on product and service improvements in payments/cards

What you bring

• 6+ years of relevant business analysis experience in financial services
• Strong expertise in cards issuing/transactions and/or payment methods (Payconiq, Wero, etc.)
• Solid understanding of the Belgian banking landscape (players, trends, regulations)
• Proven ability to explain complex business & IT topics to senior stakeholders
• Experience with process design/reengineering and BI/reporting tools (a plus)
• Trilingual communication: French, Dutch, English (strong spoken & written)
• Soft skills: analytical, structured, persuasive, detail-oriented, problem-solver, team player
