SAP BI Reporting

We are looking for a SAP BI Reporting & Data Migration Specialist.

What you will do

• Lead the migration of SAP BO universes from UNV to UNX, ensuring accuracy and business continuity.
• Optimize SAP BW data models and structures to support advanced HR analytics.
• Build and maintain ETL processes integrating SAP HR, BW, Oracle and SQL data sources.
• Validate and test universes, queries, and reports to guarantee data quality.
• Support business users with training, troubleshooting, and adoption of the new UNX environment.
• Collaborate with HR Analytics, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust BI solutions.
• Ensure reporting compatibility with tools such as Power BI when needed.

What you bring

• Minimum 6 years' experience in SAP BI / SAP BO (incl. UNV → UNX transformation and SAP BW).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with Oracle databases; SAS EG knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in data migration, ETL pipelines, and reporting optimization.
• Background in banking or large corporate environments; HR data experience is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
• Analytical mindset, ability to work independently, and commitment to quality.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Data, or related field.
