What you will do

• Translate business needs into practical generative AI solutions
• Design and implement GenAI use cases (chatbots, RAG, automation, intelligent search)
• Build solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI services
• Contribute to the governance, security, and compliance framework for GenAI
• Produce functional and technical documentation for AI solutions
• Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders
• Monitor solution performance, costs, and adoption in production
• Stay up to date on Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI innovations and propose improvements

What you bring

• Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade generative AI solutions
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Copilot Studio and Power Platform
• Experience with Azure AI services (AI Search, Azure AI Services, data platforms)
• Solid understanding of RAG architectures and conversational AI
• Strong Python skills (e.g. LangChain, PySpark, AI tooling)
• Understanding of data engineering fundamentals
• Comfortable working in governed, security-conscious environments
• Fluent in French and in English
