About Us We are NONA, a group of five organic Italian restaurants in Brussels - three Neapolitan pizzerias, and two fresh pasta restaurants. Over the next two years, we aim to expand to 10–12 locations in Belgium and begin international franchising.
To support this growth, we're hiring an experienced HR Manager to help scale our team while maintaining our values and culture.
The Head of HR will design and manage HR strategies to support both current operations and future expansion, overseeing a team of 100+ restaurant team members. Lead HR activities on both strategic and operational levels.
· Refine and implement procedures for Recruitment, Training & development, and Performance review & promotion
· Build hiring networks in Italy (kitchen staff) and Belgium (front of house).
· Manage international recruitment and integration processes.
· Oversee training programs and performance appraisals.
· Ensure smooth HR operations including payroll and leave planning.
Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources, Business Management, or related.
· At least 7 years’ experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in hospitality, retail, or a multi-site organization.
· Fluent (oral and written) in Dutch and French, and excellent knowledge of English.
· Experience with HR platforms and digital tools.
