The Analyst will analyze and translate the functional and non-functional "requirements" in a functional/technical related design, taking into account the context (architecture and infrastructure etc.).

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Requirements

• Review and refine high-level business requirements.
• Prioritize features (MVP), perform impact/root cause analysis.
• Translate needs into detailed user stories.
• Validate understanding across stakeholders and propose alternative solutions as needed.

2. Functional Analysis

• Collaborate with business reps to gather undocumented knowledge.
• Perform impact/gap analysis and document functional flows.
• Lead review cycles to validate solution design.

3. Technical Design

• Conduct system-level technical analysis.
• Ensure alignment with functional needs and integration within existing IT landscape.

4. Standards & Compliance

• Apply and enforce company-wide architecture and development standards.

5. Project Follow-Up

• Estimate effort for functional/technical analysis, build, and testing phases.

Must-Have Skills

• Master's in IT or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years in a similar functional/technical role
• Strong Non-Life / Claims knowledge
• Insurance industry experience
• Proficient with Enterprise Architect, JIRA
• SCRUM methodology

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with commercial front-end applications
• Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, Portals, Integration, Batches)
