Senior Business Systems Analyst (Payments)

We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong payments experience to support the delivery of business-critical payment systems in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit and document payments-related requirements from business stakeholders and product owners
• Define and refine user stories, functional specifications, and system requirements
• Translate business needs into clear, implementable requirements for payment platforms
• Analyse end-to-end payment flows and identify improvement opportunities
• Support UAT and integration testing to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Act as a key interface between business and technology teams

Essential Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst in payments environments
• Strong understanding of payment processing (cards and/or account-to-account)
• Experience working on enterprise financial platforms
• Solid SDLC knowledge (Agile / Waterfall)
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills
