Role Overview

An organization within the insurance sector is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support strategic initiatives. You will work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to analyze business needs, translate requirements, and contribute to a high-impact delivery roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs through workshops, interviews, and data collection.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories and functional specifications.
• Support business case development, impact assessments, and roadmap planning.
• Collaborate with development teams to design and deliver solutions.
• Track implementation progress and evaluate outcomes.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and the transformation office.

Profile & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills (Dutch & English).
• Proactive, collaborative, and stakeholder-focused.
• Knowledge of insurance processes is essential.

Required Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in insurance business analysis and process optimization.
• 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Experience with process modeling, business feature mapping, and user story writing.
• Strong stakeholder management experience using analysis tools & techniques.
