Terms of the mission

As part of its activities, ORES is looking for an HR Expert SAP HCM Functional Analyst.

This is a full-time mission whose duration is estimated at 11 months and which will ideally begin on 02/01/2026 (with the possibility of extension after the end of 2026).

This mission is part of a CARVE-OUT type project for an HR solution.

Part of the mission can, in consultation with the manager, be done remotely but a presence on the Gosselies site of at least 2 days per week is mandatory. Additional days of on-site presence may possibly be requested from the consultant, depending on the needs of the service (on an ad hoc basis). As the Gosselies site is not easily accessible by public transport, possession of a driving license and a vehicle will be necessary for travel. Travel to other sites is possible.

Mission context

The SAP HCM HR Expert Functional Analyst will join the SAP IT BA team to support the organization already in place.

Main tasks


• Capture and formalize business needs in the form of a list of requirements with various relevant information, be able to establish links between them, and/or other ORES initiatives


• Writing sequence diagrams (in UML). These must be based on the BPMN diagrams provided by the Business


• Lead Workshops with the various stakeholders (including Business)


• Capture and formalize the business need and translate it into detailed functional specifications [SFD]


• Contribute to the study of solutions


• Write ad hoc documentation


• Build validated solutions in the development system


• Ensure the testing activities under his responsibility


• Participate in migration activities
